William Crozier HRHA

William Crozier was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1930 and was educated at Glasgow School of Art. He spent his career switching between landscape and abstraction usually focusing on nature and then towards the later years he began to focus on realistic aspects of his life.

Crozier’s work has been on show at the Carnegie Library, the Galerie Madeleine in Paris, the Drain Gallery in London, the Royal Hibernian Academy and the Taylor Galleries in Dublin. William’s awards include the ‘Premio Lissone’ Milan aware, the ‘Visiting Fellowship’ New York Studio School award and the ‘Gold Medal for painting’ at the Oireachtas.
