Sam Fleming is a contemporary visual artist based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His work has been exhibited extensively in Ireland, the UK and the USA. He has conceived and curated collaborative projects with artists from London, New York and California. His work is contained in a number of public and private collections.
'I am interested in the poetic and heroic elements contained in the paraphernalia of Urban life . The glimpsed moments and seemingly mundane incidents which become metaphors for a greater drama. The universal human concerns which are played out in microcosm. The beautiful absurdities of existence. '
