Brian Palm was born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1957. He attended the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. Palm remained in Ireland and has regularly shown his work in numerous solo and group exhibitions including the Royal Hibernian Academy's Annual Exhibitions, Eigse Exhibitions, Galway Arts Festivals, Iontas Exhibitions, and Cork Arts Society Exhibitions. From 1978 to 1988 Palm was an active committee member of the Independent Artists Association and exhibited regularly in the Irish Exhibitions of Living Art.
